How do we get started?
The first step is to contact us. Once we know exactly which product you need, the setup is pretty straightforward. Our qualified consultants will guide you through the entire process.
What kind of commitment is required?
We believe that quality product should not require any commitment. You pay month-to-month and can cancel any time, for any reason.
Is any setup required from my side?
Based on your product, we may need some minor setup from you, such as creating the Stripe account for your payment processing.
Do you offer custom development?
If necessary, we can offer custom development. Most of the time, we integrate great suggestions into the existing application, but we can create truly personalized software that meets your needs.
How often is the software updated?
We constantly improve the core software. Before any release, we backup your data and notify that a release has occurred.
Can we upload our own inventory?
We offer an importer Excel Sheet template. You can modify the template and import your inventory.

Can you link to my existing accounting software?
We are actively working with ERP and inventory management software companies. If the company that you’re using has an API that we can use, we’ll work with them to link the systems together.
Can you create a custom inventory uploader?
It largely depends on how clean your data is. If your Excel or CSV file has some sort of structure, we can create customized importers.
How do we see vendor inventory?
The particular vendor needs to be part of our universe. Once they are setup, you’ll have to be enabled by the vendor and you’ll be able to see their inventory and pricing.
Can we buy directly from the vendor?
Whenever you setup an account with the vendor, and the vendor has an application with our company, you will be able to place orders directly with that particular vendor.
Do you offer support?
Every client has basic customer support included with their plan. If you need extensive support, we do offer support plans.
As a vendor, can I add customized pricing for each client?
Yes. You may modify the pricing for each account by assigning them to a specific tier. There are no restrictions on the number of tiers that you may have.
